Tips for Managing Anxiety Without a Specific Trigger

hi friends, does anyone have any tips for dealing with anxiety that isn’t for any specific reason at the moment? not full anxiety attack mode, but more like heart beating fast and shaking (and most annoyingly that terrible “stomach dropping” feeling) for no reason whatsoever… would love to hear if anyone has any tips to manage this because it has a large impact on my life recently, especially since i’m in college. thank you :)

One thing I find helpful is to concentrate on the present and to remind yourself that you are safe and nothing will harm you. Take deep, slow breaths and focus on that, count to five as you inhale and exhale. It’s something a friend taught me to do and it helps relax me to an extent when I can remember to do it in the moment

one thing that helps me, is that i have an apple watch and when my heart starts beating very fast i look at my heartbeat on the apple watch and then watching it lower calms me down
