I’m on Paxil which helps with both anxiety and depression.

Nardil was a good one, for daily use, for me. Other meds didn't work for me (a recent count was 55 meds I've tried over the years). Don't stress over the food restrictions--test some out and if your body is fine, you're fine. I did zero restrictions and ate many things (and I eat about 2-3x the normal person) on the "bad" list and never had a problem. I did have lower blood pressure on nardil, so I had to be careful about standing up too quickly and immediately moving or stretching.

SSRIs? Guessing u tried Lexapro. Trintellix is newer and also effective

If you’re treatment resistant, TMR is also an option. Check with insurance that you’ve done the “step therapy” first to actually get it covered
