Looking for the Right Anxiety Medication Combo

I have felt like my anxiety and panic disorder had really made my life feel very limited. I've tried so many medications over the years, and I keep hearing I just need to find the right combination for me. Had anyone else find a combo that really helps them find some relief? and do you do therapy as well?

Can you help? Connect today

I've been going to talk therapy for years and my anxiety has become very manageable. I struggled for years to find a medication that worked for me, but I did TMS for treatment resistant depression and it also helped with my anxiety a lot as well. Look into TMS if medications are hard for you!

I’ve tried a bunch of medications and TMS. TMS helped more with my depression than anxiety, it was also painful. I also became over medicated and it made things worse. I think talk therapy and learning coping skills is what has helped me the most. I still struggle but I know how to cope better.

Same boat. I've had panic disorder with agoraphobia for 15 years, been on everything. I find that meds only kind of make me more comfortable....at home lol. Klonopin is helpful but, it makes me have zero desire or motivation to do anything. Even it doesn't make the panic stop completely.

I have been dealing with the same thing especially when I have to drive and no one can understand. I have been scared to drive for month . I have been to get on meds because of my paranoia of the side effects but I recently was prescribed lexapro and I’m in day number 5. I have been bed bound for weeks and feel like I’m getting sick from lack of body movement, loss of appetite, losing a lot of weight.

Sometimes I feel it could be my anxiety or my GERD acting up or both
