I have been fighting anxiety for a few years now and I feel all kinds of ways. I don't usually get headaches too often but sometimes my chest feels so tight like I can't breath and my heart will start pounding and ill get chest pains. When I go out in public like to Walmart or some place my head will get to feeling funny almost like a dizzy feeling and I'm afraid that I'm going to pass out. I've been to the doc several times and the hospital and they've all said it was anxiety. I really don't know what else to do. I take Ativan and that does help some but idk. I think I'm going to try meditation
