Seeking Advice: Dealing with Hurtful Comments About Anxiety Disorder in a Relationship

I need your honest thoughts and opinions, please. this is kind of a rambling one. please bear with me. I'm quite upset. If someone has developed anxiety and panic disorder but has taken control of it with the proper avenues over learning what works and what doesn't for over 20 years. Would it be ok for someone they have been in a relationship for almost 2 years and the anxiety was very well known even during the friends to dating now relationship... would it be ok to say during a fight in a very negative way "you have mental issues " and when asked "wtf does that mean? what issues" and it's said "your fucking panic disorder is a mental fucking issue. my anger is just my attitude. I'm normal" ... how would you feel being the person with anxiety? what would you do or say? knowing the person saying it knows how much it hurts when it's said due to multiple discussions. I need your opinions and thoughts please

Not a healthy, mature, or respectful argument if I'm just going off that short bit. People have said things they wish they could take back, but if that's normal doesn't seem healthy.

Mental issues, very low blow. I wouldn't want to date someone who weaponizes my "mental issues" at all. It should be a talk about needs, expectations, boundaries in terms of symptoms or being honest of limitations due to a condition.

They are invalidating them, and shifting the blame onto them, trying to make their “anger issues” sound like they aren't a problem. They need to learn to take accountability for their own issues instead of shifting the blame, or the relationship will never be able to grow. They will never change if they aren't able to see their contributions to the problem, which can make the anxious person feel even more anxious. This is also very akin to gaslighting. Its manipulation at its core.
