you have to find ways to cope, the sad truth is your anxiety will always be with you. It’s always with me too. In a way I’m kind of friends with my anxiety we have a live hate relationship as crazy as that may sound. And over time you’ll learn the little random things that you feel is just anxiety. Embrace it learn to live with it. I spent months constantly focused on my anxiety and thinking something was wrong with me. And one day I thought to myself “if I was to die right now I’d be very disappointed because of the time I’ve spent focused on my anxiety”. You have to say to yourself “no longer will I let anxiety rule my life” and over time all the bad situations will finally fade and you’ll realize you are getting better. Again you’re anxiety will most likely always be there but it is not a bad thing. It is a part of who you are. YOU WILL OVERCOME THIS YOU ARE STRONGER THAN ANXIETY. You rule anxiety the anxiety does not rule you.
