I’ve used propranolol, which is for blood pressure, and that can basically just slow everything down. I noticed that when o took it at first it made me sleepy but then after it was in my system it just calmed me so there were less panic attacks. Another one is hydroxyzine which is for allergies and is also prescribed for sleep. It worked good for me for awhile but only to calm panic attacks already happening. Lexapro and Wellbutrin are the two I take now for anxiety/ depression. It was just the lexapro but I’m maxed out on dosage so introducing the Wellbutrin helped to make the lexapro and also my adderall absorbed into my bloodstream better so it was like an increase. Most of my anxiety is caused my my adhd so when I have that under control everything else follows suit, usually.
