Working on calming your body may be helpful to you. I know with anxiety, and being autistic, I tend to try and logic my way through huge bouts of anxiety. However, sometimes we just need to ground ourselves and create a relaxing environment before we can logic through things. You might find doing a brain dump helpful—that’s just setting a timer journaling out everything on your mind. That way you’re not holding space for it in your brain. And it’s okay if those anxieties come back, just give it another go until you feel you can move on. Grounding with your preferred senses is also a good way to calm down and regulate before bed. You might like some sort of pressure like a weighted blanket. Some soothing smells, and getting the room as dark as you can. Bringing yourself back into the moment, you may find that your anxiety exhausted you enough to bring sleep on. If not, just laying down for thirty minutes with your eyes closed is better than distracting yourself. And I absolutely second what Liz79 is saying, you can bring these issues to a doctor and see what kind of options they would recommend based on your needs and health history.
