Yes, and I’m getting tingling too! I had the worst tension headache the other day? I thought I was having a stroke . But I’m sure it’s my anxiety! Feel better! Exercise that improves the muscles and lessens the pain.

dude! I ran out of gas IN A DRIVE THRU one day, and I tried everything to get help but ended up having to walk to the gas station under the highway, my whole body was shaking, everything sounded weird, and every step felt like my knees were buckling, I was like this is wild! I gotta get home! So scary!

This is what I’m dealing with currently, and as I’ve always heard women rarely even know they are having a heart attack it makes me even more anxious! But I also have medical/health anxiety and agoraphobia, so I’m just stuck with the feelings.

There is so much i want to do and other things i need to do, but ugh, when its flared i just plumb cant do for me. But if someone else needs me its like i can just push a hold button push it away from me and pop up right off to help the other person.

This was one of my first signs of anxiety as a child. I always complained my heart was racing or “skipping beats” and I had full cardiologist work up - completely normal. They said it was likely anxiety and when my heart would race (for normal reasons - exercise, excitement, etc) I would hyper focus on it and then have somewhat of a panic attack causing it to continue to happen. Once they explained it to me - never happened again. Just one of the many signs of my anxiety early in life lol

My arms hurting was one of my first anxiety symptoms, and it made me scared I was having a heart attack, it still does honestly, but now I know that’s one way my anxiety presents. It’s like a dull aching in my upper arm/shoulder area. Sometimes both arms, sometimes one. Or my arms just feel weird and weak. Very scary and just makes the anxiety worse :(
