Do You Experience Fatigue with Anxiety Symptoms?

To anyone who has anxiety, panic attacks, trouble focusing, low attention span, do you have a lot of fatigue? And if so, do your conditions get better after a nap or something? I have all of those things I mentioned above and I was wondering if I’m the only one in this

Hi! You're not the only one for sure. I have anxiety and adhd, which go hand in hand. But it makes me exhausted, I am always tired and I never want to get out of bed. More often than not, naps make me more tired.

hey! yeah, i do suffer almost constant fatigue and it's sometimes hard to get my mind off of the exhaustion holding me back from really focusing or having fun. personally, naps don't tend to help much because i end up being even more unable to get up and be productive once my body's settled into bed. beds just feel so comfy and cozy when you're already fatigued, you know? you're not the only one, so if you ever feel alone in the things you're working through, please reach out...! i hope you're having a good day. sending hugs ♡
