Struggling with Anxiety and Tachycardia

Hi, I'm new here. I'm 23 and have been struggling with anxiety for as long as I can remember. I wasn't diagnosed until I was 17 because my family seems to think that mental health is either not real or not important. I've also been experiencing severe tachycardic episodes which make me feel nauseous, short of breath, and dizzy. I've been missing way too much work lately with these symptoms combined. I'm also a college student which makes things even harder. My family and bf judge me for calling out and think I just dont want to work, but that's not true, I WANT too, but its just too much when I feel miserable all the time. sorry for the long post. any advice or just someone to talk to is greatly appreciated!
