I have. And I do like it, though I struggle to find a place in my apartment where I am not disturbed.

Don’t be ashamed to try medication. Modern medicine really is amazing and can totally give you more of a fruitful life. I’ve been taking anxiety and depression meds for 10 years and it’s allowed me to go back to work and socialize, and be a human being when nothing else worked.
