Arthritis Flare Ups in Cold Weather

Does anyone else struggle with bad flare ups when the weather is cold? If the weather is above 50°F my joints do better, but the colder it is the more pain I’m in. I feel like the tin man sometimes :(

Yep, it sucks a lot for me because of where I live lol, Washington state drops to -4 often times in the winter and averages 30-60 in fall and spring

I live in Wyoming so the weather is crazy. I had the worst pain ever a couple weeks ago when it was 50 degrees and the next day it dropped to the negatives. Definitely impacts me

I get that and for some reason I can’t regulate my temp. I can’t wait for summer

Yes, doctors are always telling me to go to cooler places and stay cool for my pots, but I am in so much less EDS and Raynaud's pain when I am cooking.
