Oh gosh! I brought up with my asthma doctor that I had no idea whether I was having a panic attack or asthma issue. She recommended me to use my peak flow meter to decide whether to use my inhaler or not, and that has helped me chill my anxiety once I realize my breathing is *just fine*. Pretty sure my panic attacks have caused asthma attacks though!
