Headaches and Hangovers After Taking Ativan

does anyone else get headaches and hungover feeling the next day after taking .5mg of ativan i take it at bedtime around 10pm and in bed by 11 today i just feel super hungover cant focus , headache, sleepy but dont want to sleep . anxiety going up and down . just not feeling right.

I would try taking less. I would feel similarly at times when my tolerance went down and it was too much. If .25 still seems like too much, I would probably ask for something different

Well I also noticed today that I took a Pepcid pill for my stomach I've never taken a 20mg of that before in the morning with my doctor instructed me to do and I started getting really bad headaches and dizzy all day so I'm wondering if that's what created that issue I took a quarter of an Ativan this afternoon and I'm doing better

I honestly think it was side effects from the Pepcid

At first I thought it was the Ativan that I took at bedtime that caused it but that was not there's no way it could have been I took the Pepcid very early this morning around 7 and started having issues about 3 hours later
