Need help with back and neck pain

I'm 19 and can't figure out why my back and neck hurt. My back hurts on the left-hand side of my body near my spine from my hip upwards, and my whole neck hurts. I am suspected to have arthritis, but idk if it would cause this. My posture is also usually pretty good, so I don't think it's that.
