I get pain everywhere, and it always hurts, but sometimes it's just 1-3 things (like right now I have a headache on the right side of my head, pain in my left hand, and both my hips are sore). Everybody has their own unique experience. I recommend plenty of sleep, stretching/yoga, and avoiding anything that stresses you out, as stress is a big trigger for Lupus flares. I use pain medication myself, but I'm hesitant to recommend that, as it never works as a long-term solution. The key is to know what hurts you (riding in sports cars hurts me, for example) and what your body can handle.
