Concerns about Back Weakness and Pain - Possible EDS Diagnosis

I haven't been diagnosed yet, but my GP suspects I have Ehlers Danlos. I regularly have lower and upper back pain and stiffness, and lately, my back feels progressively weaker throughout the day. I get a bit shorter throughout the day as well. I feel like I need some kind of back support. Is this weakness a symptom of EDS?
