Need advice on managing Barrett's oesophagus and weight loss

I'm only 31, but 11 years ago; I was diagnosed with Barrett's oesophagus. To this day, I am still trying to figure out a diet that helps me lose weight and start healthy while controlling the condition Has anyone got any advice
