warm baths with Epsom salt is amazing in my opinion. Also if you have medical wraps that you can wrap around your ankles or wrists (if those are bothering you) they really help keep things in place. heating pads also help sometimes with the joint pain.

braces / compression items are a lifesaver for preventing painful dislocations, esp in small joints

Over the years I’ve gotten some useful advices: - soak in hot bath for 10 minutes in the morning and before sleep. If you’re swimming, so it only in a heated pool - if your joint pops out, use ice immediately to reduce swelling - do not chew gum or bite a hard fruit. That can hurt your jaw joint. - take breaks during dental works to close your mouth. You’ll thank me for this one - choose thick, flexibly soles, low heeled shoes
