Vraylar isagenix supreme n Coq10 help me the most

I honestly haven’t found much that helps besides avoiding gluten and doing a higher protein diet. I did CoQ10 years ago, but stopped for some reason (probably finances). I’ve never heard of Vraylar Isagenix Supreme. What is that?

Vraylar is an anti pschotic,anti depressants dont agree with me n isagenix is adaptogens that help with stress.was able to walk much more once I started it.expensive but worth it!

I forgot to add that last summer I found a liquid Vitamin D3 & K2 that made a huge difference! It’s made by WellWe. It’s the first Vit D supplement that I could feel working. I had tried RX 50,000 ius of vit D and so many brands of capsules, with zero results. This one took about 2-3 weeks before I felt a chance, but I did feel a huge increase in energy. My daughter felt a difference in just 5 days. I tried another brand on Amazon and felt nothing, so I went back to the WellWe brand. It’s 1,000 ius per drop and I do 5 drops a day.

Yes, you can buy it on Walmart.com or Amazon. The more you buy, the cheaper it is.

Yes, I was diagnosed as being vit D deficient in maybe 2014. However, I think I had been deficient for several years (if not decades) before that. I take 5,000 ius of the WellWe liquid.
