So far, only Toradol works. I use Gabapentin daily for nerve pain, but that can only do so much. I also use Emgality for chronic migraines though it does help with some joint pain. Unfortunately, I haven’t found anything that helps relieve fatigue.

Alas I've yet to find anything for fatigue, but pain is another story! I saw a pain specialist that started me on a med called belbuca. It's a little film that dissolves inside your cheek, and provides pain relief for 12 hours at a time. It doesn't make a night and day difference for me, but it is a mild enough opiate that I can still do things like drive while I'm on it and it does make a noticeable difference! My pain specialist also gave me a stronger med called nucynta for breakthrough pain that makes me considerably less mobile.

For pain, cannabis has been the most helpful. I take a CBD 3:1 tincture and it has made quite a big difference. It doesn’t take the pain away completely but does help me cope with it.
