Ashwaganda can be helpful. The Elevated Mind by a small company called Wild Wholistic is another herb based one.

Ashwaghanda, Passionflower, Skullcap, Chamomile, Valerian Root, Hops, Cannabis, and CBD are a good intro. I recommend making a skullcap/passion flower tincture with ever clear and the herbs soaked and shaken everyday for a couple weeks. Get some Celestial Seasonings Extra strength Sleep Time tea for easy access to valerian. Find some high quality chamomile and add a bunch to the sleep time tea when you brew it. Strong chamomile tea is almost a little syrupy. You can also make a tincture of Chamomile, or even all of them as well. For CBD I recommend Lazarus Naturals. Best amount of medicine per dollar I've found, and they have 60% for medicaid users, low income, veterans, and disabled. They have High/Regular Potency CBD, 1:1 CBD/CBG, CBN, and Full Spectrum tinctures in a price and quality that is perfect for medicinal use.
