I haven’t found an OTC drug that works really well. Also can’t take ibuprofen so I take the max dose of extra strong tylenol every day. Diclofenac gel (voltaren) is OTC and works for some people, but be careful if you have pets!! The best thing for me was finding a pain management doctor who knows a lot about EDS. He has helped me find (prescription) meds that address pain without GI complication (I also have gastroparesis and intestinal dysmotility). If that’s an option, I recommend it! Although I know how hard it is to find doctors who are well educated in EDS
