If I have nights like that I listen to classical music and it relaxes my brain and gets me sleepy. Also reading a book helps me it calms me down and gets me nice and relaxed enough to get to sleep might wanna try one of those and see if they help 🤗

Reading a book or going on a walk sometimes helps me, you could also try focusing on just your breath for some time before you feel more relaxed.

The Calm app is handy, and I take meds if I need it in case I am feeling hypomanic, especially if I get bad sleep 2 nights in a row
