Lol. After hardly sleeping at all on Sunday and Monday nights I had truly restorative sleep on Tuesday night. Unfortunately, on Wednesday night I was once again unable to sleep. I haven't had it this bad in 10-15 years!

A good quality CBD gummy’s not the cheap ones. I also take magnesium and it helps me relax at night and sleep well.

Pure Zzzs supplements, herbal tea, creating a sleep routine, activities before bed such as reading/knitting, putting on a diffuser with lavender and other relaxing scents, night showers, and limiting screen time. At least limiting blue light with glasses or settings on your phone.
