I have chronic fatigue and I have been searching for years for the answer or solution for me. I just fell asleep drinking a can of pepsi and dumped it in my lap. I have had every lab work done and I need help too.

Dear lord. That is awful. Ask for a sleep study that looks at narcolepsy also. My daughter had a friend with it. He would literally be standing then next he would be out. So crazy.

I take melatonin and a natural sleep aid but lately I have been waking up around 2 am and am awake...

I can’t take melatonin for more than a week at a time. Medical marijuana has helped a lot.

That may work, I started doing gentle yoga but I really have to tailor it to me so I don't end up with post exertional pain and fatigue.

for me CBD oil and a melatonin vape. sometimes massaging my body in tense spots with cream relaxes me.

I just started taking rescue sleep liquid melts and they're getting. I need to take another does around 1-2 am but I can get back to sleep

I’ve had some mild improvement with taking 7.5mg of Remeron (Mirtazapine) at night.
