I take ginger root every day and it helps so much. you have to drink a lot of water when you take it or it'll burn your stomach but I've been taking it every morning and I've noticed a steep decrease in not only how often but also how severe my nausea is.

Ondansetron or Zofran saved my life. It works even better once you figure out when you know you’re going to be nauseous, so you can take the pills before the worst of it hits. It does a great job with relieving the pain, pressure, and gross feeling. Tea or water can help too sometimes but I find that drinking anything when I’m feeling sick makes it worse. It’s best to drink when you think you’re starting to feel sick. It’s really all about timing- learning when you’re starting to feel bad and taking immediate actions to prevent it
