Looking for advice on binge-eating disorder medication

Hey there, I got diagnosed with binge-eating disorder and my psychiatrist offered two medications and I wanted to hear from anyone who takes it? Has it helped you? Any side effects? Anything to look out for? And anything else you think i should know?

I've been taking Topiramate 100mg twice a day and it's helped me with the same ED. I wish you the best with whichever you choose! šŸ’š

I take topiramate for nerve damage, but it does affect my eating habits, I already do not eat much as is, but since starting this medication, I eat even less, I'll go a day or two without eating if my partner doesn't make me eat. Just because I'm not hungry and it's not on my mind.
