Blank Mind and Limp Limbs: What's Happening to Me?

Why do i have these moments in my day, pretty often, where my mind goes blank, my limbs go sorta limp and my eyes cross involuntarily? im not aware of anything that triggers it.

I get that way sometimes because if my meds. I also get that way sometimes with a seizure... especially right after one. The best advice I can give is to get it checked out. Be as specific as you can, and try to get a real knowledge of what exactly it is.

For me, stuff like this is usually a sign that I’m getting overstimulated and the dissociation is a how my brain keeps me from having to feel it, I noticed you’re also autistic so that might be what’s happening
