Can blood pool in your hands?

Can you have blood pooling in your hands? sorry if this is a dumb question I just don't know what's wrong with them :')

I know I get blood pooling in my feet and ankles sometimes. It causes swelling, tenderness, and even slight discoloration. If it can pool there I don’t see why is couldn’t pool in your upper limbs as well 🤷🏻

I do get it in my feet as well but they also turn purple, thank you for this tho :D

Mine get splotchy on the palm, red or purple on the back, and get enlarged veins. It usually happens if my hands have been below my waist for a while.

Yes it's the first place I noticed my blood pooling symptoms. Looking back at photos I can see my red hands a mile away 😭🥲

I've always noticed it in my feet but then I started to be like oh crap why are my hands like this But yeah I get that :')
