Chronic fear of bodily fluids affecting my relationship

does anyone else have a chronic fear of bodily fluids? like blood, snot, eye liquid, spit, discharge, sweat, etc. i can’t even kiss my girlfriend because of it without being disgusted and panicking and i don’t want her thinking i’m disgusted with her, but i also don’t know how to bring it up. it has also affected my sex life and i can’t imagine “going down” because of it either.

SO MUCH YES. When I was married to my wife, my sex life was greatly affected bc of this fear. We got together as my OCD and anxiety were getting really bad. So we adapted as we go older bc we were together from 18-26 years old. I'm divorced (and 30) now and I have no idea how I will ever be intimate with another person again. These fears are so disruptive to relationships!

I have contamination ocd and I am a hopeless romantic, so I really want to kiss my partner, but I get scared of it bc of my ocd.
