Trouble Regulating Body Temperature

does anybody else have trouble regulating their body temperature? i'm always way too hot, no matter what i do or don't wear. i can't even wear t-shirts in the house anymore because of how hot i get, all i can wear is boxers.

is that a diabetes symptom?? 😳 because I def have that issue. even outside I'd have a tshirt under my winter coat

It is a symptom for some people. I know my supplements fix it for me but i can't remember exactly which one and why at this moment. I'll go over my notes tomorrow if you want to know.
