Recommendations for BPD Books?

Any good books out there that have helped you understand your bpd? Going through a messy break up right now and find it helpful to turn to the facts and science to relieve and/or justify the emotional suffering. My therapist recently changed my diagnoses from GAD to BPD after a year of therapy. I originally sought therapy to help improve my relationship. Anxiety levels were through the roof, I was blacking out (alcohol) and lashing out constantly, and I knew I needed help. It's been one hell of a year and I have so many questions and stories but I'll ease into it with this request for book recommendations.

Sadly all the books I have found are more so to help people who come on contact with people with BPD. There is a lot of stigma around it which sucks because the most loving people I know have BPD. I recommend maybe some crash psych courses, or look up the video Borderline Bill on YouTube. May seem silly but it gets to the point
