It could be from the stress of your symptoms but also could be another medical condition. I have cptsd and bpd and autism and I also have pots which makes me dizzy and a nauseas

I have orthostatic intolerance, which is similar to pots, and I sometimes get dizzy & nauseous from it as well.

There are many things, physical and emotional, that can cause dizziness and nausea. If you think it's emotional, try naming your emotions and then writing down your thoughts. Look up common cognitive distortions, and see if any of your thoughts might be distorted. If so, try to challenge those thoughts; ask yourself what is absolutely true in your situation, and what might not be. And then choose some tools for managing emotions (such as deep breathing, meditation, going for a walk, splashing water on your face, cuddling a pet, doing something artistic, reading a book....). And be sure to thank yourself for doing something to take care of your mental health. 🙃

Sometimes my heart races and I get dizzy and feel like I'm about to black out and die, like it gets really scary. I try to shut my eyes and lay back when this happens and remind myself I'm ok and talk to myself to help me relax. Sometimes I start crying and get panicky for no reason. I havnt been able to narrow down my triggers to figure out what could be causing this but I see you and I understand you, you aren't alone
