It's a struggle and I sometimes still wonder if I'd be better if I was on medication. Other than that, it's a mixed result and talking to someone is definitely something that helps even if it's a little bit.

I’m not a doctor so I can’t tell you what’s best for you but honestly microdosing mushrooms has been the best thing for my life. Coming from someone who was on meds from 12-22 basically the whole time. I’ve only been microdosing on and off for 6ish months now but it’s made a huge difference with so many things! ❤️ good luck to you and know that there’s no shame for those who need storebought serotonin 💕

i tried every single “alternative” and sadly i was getting worse. it sucked but i had to resort to multiple medications but i will say, i feel like a completely different person in the best way. everyone has their own experience BUT i would recommend to be careful with drugs (weed/mushrooms). I tried both and they sent me into a 3 month psychosis. i know for some people it works but don’t be ashamed to need medication :)
