Hmm. That shouldn't matter that a different therapist diagnosed you. Any therapist with the proper training should be able to help you with any diagnosis. As for my symptoms, here are some of mine (I'm pulling directly from the DSM-5 criteria): 1) I struggle a lot with abandonment issues. Even when my parents leave for work I get upset. I am also constantly worried about my parents dying and me being alone. 2) I have very obsessive and unhealthy relationships with friends and other people in my life. 3) I am very impulsive. I often do things like cutting off all my hair, and then regretting it after. 4) I engage in suicidal ideation and self harm regularly. 5) I experience significant mood fluctuation and often overreact to situations. Ex. I get in an argument with someone, and go self harm after because I'm so upset. I can go into more detail with any of these if you want.

Severe black and white thinking, frantic efforts to avoid abandonment (I will “test” people and try to leave them before they leave me), severe dissociation, impulsive spending, changing moods within hours, etc

I've definitely struggled with these things at one time or another. Right now im dealing with impulsive spending and eating. But yeah, leave you before you leave me has been my MO forever.
