Do You Ever Feel Your Brain Activity?

I have a very serious question that may or may not sound silly.. does anybody here ever feel like you can feel your brain activity almost like it's overactive in a specific area at that moment?

I get really sharp pains in specific parts of my brain, if that's what you mean. Happens constantly when my mind is overworked or if I'm stressed. But I never thought of it like that. Thought I was going crazy haha. ❤️

I still think I'm going crazy I want someone to do brain scans while I tell them where I feel my brain is active and what the activity is while they can see what part is active and we can see how accurate I am.. 😖🫣
