Brain fog and anxiety: is it normal?

does anyone get really bad brain fog when your anxiety is spiking? like my anxiety will spike for a couple of weeks where it's just awful, and I feel like I have bad brain fog. is that normal?

It's normal for my, I have a type of Dysautonomia called POTS in which a common symptom is brain fog

It is normal it’s like being trapped in a glass bubble or looking through someone else’s eyes and not being in control

I like that, I usually say drunk you can think clearly and move but it doesn't seem to connect or function properly and you can forget things the next day

It’s normal for me too! I feel very fuzzy and when it’s over I can’t really remember what I did in that state
