I tend to find that sativa strains of cannabis help a lot with brain fog, and black tea with cinnamon helps somehow too

Vitamin D, 5-15 minutes of sunshine, a short walk outside, cold water on your face and neck, Cranial Sacral Therapy for mobilization of cerebro-spinal fluid- can be done by an experienced physical therapist- super helpful, eased brain fog and lessened migraine intensity! (Basically your PT presses on your head in very specific places relieving pressure/tension), antidepressants can help if it’s depression related (but they can also cause it, so be careful), Dairy Intolerance had a lot to do with my brain fog as well (bc it’s inflammatory). I hope you have some luck finding things that work for you!

Ps. You’re not a failure, your body is telling you you need something, and you’re kind enough to listen. It’s society that’s pushing that unhelpful narrative of Pass/Fail. You’re being mindful of a problem and trying to solve it! (Not failing) 🤗 ❤️

@Sickem have you tried concentrates, and/or CBD isolate? These have made a big difference for me. (I still smoke a lot, but it seems better)

@sickem how you feel about your pain has just as much to do with it as the pain itself, and one can exacerbate the other. I know it’s hard to be hopeful when literally everything sucks in your body rn. But please know there are things you can do to feel better, it just takes time and trial and error to find them. I believe in you, and you’re not alone. Also, you’re totally valid for grieving your old, abled life. It’s okay to be really sad right now.
