Hey I've never dated anyone but I've always been around my friends who went through break ups like candy. I'm not a good person to talk to if you don't know me but what I can say to help you out is clean. It sounds stupid but just dusting and maybe sweeping helps your brain get serotonin! The completion or progress of the job makes your brain relax
