Dealing with a Rash After Breast Cancer Surgery

I was diagnosed with Stage 1 breast cancer on May 12, 2022. I have invasive ductal carcinoma. On June 28th, I had a lumpectomy to remove the cancer tumor along with 5 sentinel lymph nodes. The surgery went well and the pathology results showed that the cancer did not spread anywhere else. So that's good news. I'm still waiting to find out if I will need chemo or not. But now on the 2nd week after surgery I just broke out into a rash all around my chest (but luckily not around the surgery site yet). I'm pretty sure it's from having to wear a sports bra so much. I have to wear a sports bra all day long, even when I sleep. I do occasionally have eczema outbreaks. Anyone have this issue?
