I've never been one for energy drinks (nobody in the system really is) but we all drink coffee. For me personally it mostly subdues me, although if I drink too much coffee I can get what I call switchy and if I'm not careful we'll end up switching in and out between the five of us. Although it usually takes quite a lot of caffeine to get to that point

I drink a ridiculous amount of caffeine, mainly when I work. I find it helps us focus and keeps us calm (I know it's a stimulant). I don't find it really effects our symptoms unless we go without it, but that's probably due to heavy addiction/dependence on it.

We're routine coffee drinkers but it doesn't do anything for us but perk us up in the morning

We have ADHD and are barely affected by caffeine, even large amounts of it. It actually helps us calm down! When we have anxiety we drink a cup of coffee lol. However, if we go overboard and drink a LOT of caffeine then we get quite jittery, which can trigger paranoia and switches.
