With fibro, caffeine always makes it worse. HOWEVER, if I don’t drink coffee, I’m a zombie. It’s a pay off, but for me I have had this since as long as I can remember so I take the pain over the fatigue.

I feel the exact same way, I can't really function well without caffeine but I know it makes my flare ups worse. It's just trying to balance it all

I definitely feel better cutting out caffeine, but I do feel lethargic without a stimulant. My psychiatrist has me on Modafinil to help me wake up in the morning and it's been a big help.

Check out some of the herbal supplements for energy. If one works for you, maybe you can wean off the caffeine.
