Can't Sleep, Exhausted All Day

Does anyone else feel exhausted from the minute you wake up until the minute you lay in bed? And then when it’s time to sleep you can’t sleep no matter what you do? Writing this at 2:30am after laying in bed for 2 hours.

absolutely— it’s definitely better for me now, but for a couple years i was just nocturnal lol. the only thing that helped me was forcing myself to stay awake, and then taking melatonin at night. after a while of creating that cycle, my exhaustion got better too :)

I am completely flexible.. B4 parkin, addiction to coffee would keep me awake from the addiction of coffee..now, I can have coffee anytime!.. when I do, I'm out like a light (within 30 minutes)

Yep! My arthritis always has me waking up weak and exhausted. And my sleep schedule seems to enjoy ruining itself - sometimes I sleep well, then out of nowhere I have nights where I'm awake until I can hear the birds chirping outside.

This usually is very typical for people with chronic pain/illnesses to have including myself. I've been dealing with this & my health/medical issues (illnesses & injuries) for almost 30 yrs now.
