Can't Sleep Through the Night

Does anyone else just wake up at random times during the night or is it just me?

I used to, it was a weird side effect I had the 2nd time I had to take methocarbamol. I fell asleep for a few hours, then woke up & had restless legs really bad & couldn't sleep for the rest of the night. Had to switch to cyclobenzaprine...strange bc I had taken methocarbamol before & only had nightmares (no other side effects)

I often wake up in a panic and sit straight up feeling as if I forgot something or like I am late for something. Then it is hard to go back to sleep bc my heart is racing and then my mind.

it's possible you had a dream/nightmare that you don't remember since waking up. I find it very hard to remember my dreams, but I still can feel the effects of them emotionally at times- especially nightmares

All the flipping time. Then I have to move around forever to try to get comfortable again. Everyone always says "you look like you didn't sleep well". Well...I didn't.
