Tips for Carb Counting and Meal Planning

Can I have tips or advice for carb counting or even just thinking ahead to my next meal? I tend not to think about food and then snack when I get hungry, and I'm really trying to start thinking ahead to what I'm going to eat and counting out carbs, and making sure I have actual meals. I think the things that are contributing most to my problem is I have no structure in my life(I don't have a job right now and I'm still learning to drive), and I have adhd and I'm very Impulsive around food, especially when I'm I feel hungry, and I have built very bad habits around food my whole life.(snacking instead of eating meals, eating impulsively for comfort and out of bordom) any advice at all would be great!

Oh also I have sleep problems so I'm up at odd hours, which makes planning hard sometimes.

I struggle w adhd w diabetes too😭I could not stop snacking BC if impulse control problems lol so I would opt for keto snacks ! And as for card counting u can try a chart w a reward system everytime u remember to log . I know it sounds childish but it helped me for awhile !

Thanks so much for your input! That's a good idea, keto snacks. I have trouble with reward systems, but I'll give it a shot! Thanks so much!
