Does CBD really help with anxiety?

does cbd really help with anxiety? I have a lot of problems especially with crowds and people i dont know, but some people at my work keep suggesting it. Ive always had issues with believing it does all what others have claimed.

I personally dont get specific CBD items, I just smoke the devils lettuce, but it really helps me. If youre open to new medications hydroxyzine 25 mg up to three times a day as needed is really good too. But whatever your preference both seem to help a lot for me.

Cbd does help but my mom and i got the vape but we have to send it back because its has a chemical that is used for antifreeze

I have never been told that. I feel like as long as you're up front with whoever prescribes your medications they will tell you if it mixes wrong. None of mine mixes wrong with THC as far as I know. But ive also never had any negative side effects from smoking it.

Different things help different people. It might work for you, it might not. Some parts of it might be really helpful, and other parts not so much. You won't know until you try

I use CBD oil, it helps me fall asleep when I'm anxious. I wouldn't say it actually helps with the anxiety itself.

If you won't believe in it, it will probably won't help you. There are different approaches and you should pick the one that is right for you and not what others think you need.

I prefer good ol fashioned thc, CBD is more of a pain thing for me

CBD doesn't really work for me personally anxiety wise, I don't feel any different than before taking CBD. The CBD oil helps me with my skin though.
