I’ve tried it, seemed to help a little. That being said, everyone is a little different. I haven’t ever really responded that well to CBD or THC so I think it could help other people even more.

I have not tried CBD oil but the thing that has pretty much rid me of basic anxiety is Bioflavonoids. They are over the counter. I like the Horbaach brand Lemon Bioflavonoids from Amazon. 200 capsules for like $25 atm. I take one a day since last August and by the end of August I had a dr. Appt. and realized after the fact that I had no anxiety from going there. I started to take them for another reason but HIGHLY recommend them to everyone I know now. There is one study from 2019 that was done on bioflavonoids for various things and in 2021 someone went back and saw a corolation with 50+mgs doses a day and about 95% reduced anxiety and depression in subjects. The capsules in the one I mentioned are 700mgs. More than enough.

I have a prescription for cbd oil and it seems to help my energy levels but not my anxiety much. I take 100mg a day.

It helps my anxiety and PTSD and my husband's too. We used OTC CBD while in Texas. We were very happy with it. Now that we're in a green state, we use medicinal THC and CBD to great additional pain management.
