I used CBD for several years, the oil. I have not found a supplier I trust since I've moved. But it helped a lot. I slept better and the pain was manageable.

Some must use for 2-3 months before relief, and that's if they are using the correct form. I wake with a hangover and get very itchy. Is it an allergic reaction?

I’m in the US and I tried CBD flavored oil and also gel capsules a few years ago. My Integrative Dr at the time recommended it as a non pharmaceutical treatment for my pain and anxiety issues. He recommended Lazarus Naturals (based in Oregon in the US)because he could send a letter to them as my Dr and I could qualify for their assistance program to help with the cost. They have good info on their website. I think it helped a little with my pain and sleep. I ended up stopping because I was so overwhelmed with all the tests and surgeries to figure out what was wrong with me. I am thinking of using it again to see if it benefits me now that I am mostly recovered from the last surgery and have a diagnosis of Fibromyalgia now. I also am doing a bit better with my anxiety issues. Be well🌺
